Australia-Masters: Masters by Research Scholarship Opportunity PDF Print E-mail

The Brisbane Graduate School of Business (BGSB) offers two fully funded scholarships to undertake Master of Business (Research) within the Comprehensive Australian Study of Entrepreneurial Emergence (CAUSEE) project – the largest empirical project ever in Australia on new venture creation, undertaken in close collaboration with leading international entrepreneurship researchers.

Successful applicants will have a strong academic track record including an undergraduate degree with a major or Honours in an area relevant to entrepreneurship studies. They must be willing to commence full time studies in Semester 2 (start 16 July), 2007. Full time, tax exempt Australian Postgraduate Award Scholarship (APA) level scholarships (AUD$19,616 per annum) are available for 18 months of study, which is the time within which the applicant should intend to complete the Masters of Business (Research).

International students who are not native speakers of English must meet the following English language proficiency levels for entry into the Faculty's postgraduate coursework courses:

- IELTS: overall band score of 6.5 with no sub-band below 6.0; or
- TOEFL: 575 (paper-based) or 230 (computerised) (if TOEFL permitted by visa requirements)
