The University of Tsukuba (Japan) The University of Tsukuba (Japan) invites applications to its Program in Plicy Management and to World Bank Scholarhsips (April 2007 - March 2009). The objective of the Program in Policy Management is to provide, within the time frame of two years, training and the necessary skills for the conception, design, and exectuion of developmenet policies. The empahsis of the program is on International Development with the application of an International Political Economy approach to the economics and social problems of developing countries and transition economies.

A Master of Arts in International Political Economy wil be awarded upon completion. Applications for admission to the Program and to World Bank scholarships should be received by August 31, 2006.
