Australia: PhD Scholarship in Adaptive Media - Queensland University of Technology

Scholarship Description The Australasian CRC for Interaction Design (ACID) is offering a new doctoral scholarship for a suitably qualified candidate to undertake research into computational processes for generative music and graphics. This scholarship is funded by ACID for a period of three years. The position will be based in the Creative Industries Faculty at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, Australia. ACID is a leader in the research and design of innovative technologies and digital media that support new forms of interaction and collaboration.
Availability This scholarship is offered once only to one person. Open for applications from August 1, 2008 until August 29, 2008.
Payment Information The value of this scholarship is AUD20000 (per annum). This award is to be used for living expenses. This scholarship is paid fortnightly for the period of 3 years, reviewed annually.
Research Information This scholarship is for any field of research.
Eligibility This scholarship is for study in Australia. There are no restrictions on citizenship.
