Written by Administrator
Saturday, 02 August 2008
The centre for Energy and Built Environment Research of
Brunel University invites applications from well qualified
graduates for an externally funded PhD studentship on
thermal insulation to start by 1st October 2008.

an in depth study of solid wall insulation materials and
practices and the development of optimised designs and
appropriate measures to accelerate the take up of the
technology.

Honours degree or an MSc in a relevant Engineering or a
Science discipline. The successful candidate will receive a
tax free studentship in line with EPSRC-funded postgraduate
studentship awards (£12940 in

expected to meet regularly with the sponsors write reports
and give presentations to stakeholders.
