PhD position within Orange Labs, Cesson Sevigne, France

The thesis objective is to provide new concepts for a network
infrastructure fulfilling the "network as a service" paradigm.
This infrastructure should be flexible in the sense that a new service
can be easily added without structural modifications.
In addition, the infrastructure should be programmable in the sense that
new services could be implemented by
addition of software components and that dynamic activation and
configuration of these components remain feasible.

- MSc in computer science / telecom
- Great interest in network architecture (cellular/WLAN/IP networks)
- Knowledge of simulation tools (OPNET or NS)
- Good English skills
