Ireland: Funded PhD Studentship in Software engineering PDF Print E-mail

Lero, the Irish Software Engineering Research Centre has Funded PhD Studentships in the Software Product Lines research area at the University of Limerick.



To strengthen its research in Software Product Line Engineering Lero is seeking a productive and committed postgraduate researcher with an interest in Model-Driven Software Engineering. Software product line (SPL) engineering has rapidly emerged as a viable and important software development activity during the last few years. The main objective of our research in Model-Driven Software Engineering is to improve SPL processes for the effective configuration and derivation of products.



The candidate shall hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, with a specialisation in software engineering or related field. The candidate should have a background in Model-Driven Software Engineering. An interest in the application of software engineering in industry is desirable.

These Funded PhD Studentships are available for up to three years at Euro 16,000 p.a. not subject to tax. Academic fees will be paid by Lero.
