Ireland: Research Studentships in Delay Tolerant Networking

Applications are invited for two sponsored research studentships in
the Distributed Systems Group of the Department of Computer Science at
Trinity College Dublin, to undertake Ph.D. research in the area of
Delay-Tolerant Networking (DTN).
The research will be conducted within the context of the FP7 project
Networking for Communications Challenged Communities (N4C) in
collaboration with a consortium of academic and industrial partners.
The focus of the research will be on DTN security and routing in the
context of the overall goal of N4C project which is to develop
a lasting DTN testbed and a set of useful applications in northern Scandinavia (e.g. reindeer tracking).
Applicants should have a good honours primary degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related area.
These studentships are tenable immediately and carry a generous stipend, including fees.
