Scotland: Dorothy Nicol Scholarship for Students from Sub-Saharan Africa at Stirling University

Program Description
The Dorothy Nicol Scholarship will provide fund for the living cost of selected applicants as well as the programme fees as part of this Scholarship. Please bear in mind that only one student will be selected as scholarship winner.

Award Amount
The value of the scholarship is up to £10,000.

Eligibility and Criteria
Applicants should be from Sub-Saharan Africa and must hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) of a place on any of the full-time Masters programmes offered by Stirling Management School for entry in September 2014.

Applicants’ Citizenship
Candidates should be the citizen of Sub-Saharan African Countries.

Level and Area of Studies
Master level in any subjects.

Application Procedure
In order to be considered in this scholarship award please access and complete theApplication Form, ensuring all sections are answered legibly and provide a 500-1000 word statement on the following:

  • why you are applying for this Scholarship
  • why a Scholarship would help you
  • what your motivations, expectations and educational or professional aims are for the five years after you complete the course.
