Research Student Grant (RSG)
Research Student Grant (RSG) is assistantship given to postgraduate students to carry out research work at Master and PhD levels. Applicants should enquire about the award specifically related to the research objectives direct to the research group at the faculty. The applicants must first be offered a place in graduate study either for Master’s degree by research or PhD programme. This scheme are awarded by the Univeristy’s Research Management Centre and the grant only covers for personal allowance (from RM1,000 – RM2,050).
